How it began
A kitchen full of friends
Star Cafe started the way most good things do — in a warm kitchen, with people we love. What began as baking for friends and classmates turned into a little corner where anyone could pull up a chair, grab a warm cup, and stay a while.
We keep it small on purpose. Small means we know our regulars, we bake everything fresh, and nothing ever feels rushed. It's cooking and baking as a way to bring people back together.
